Modern Kitchen Extension

This stunning open-plan kitchen extension added over 30 square metres of living space to a semi-detached home in Luton. The project included structural steelwork, bi-fold doors opening onto the garden, underfloor heating, and a complete kitchen fit-out with bespoke cabinetry.

The existing kitchen wall was removed and replaced with a steel beam, creating a seamless flow between the old and new spaces. The result is a bright, modern family kitchen that has completely transformed the ground floor of the property.
